UnBAR Café opens with your wellness in mind

Melissa Garrett likes the communal atmosphere of a bar, but does not drink. She was inspired to open UnBAR Café to create a community place that felt like a bar, but focused on supporting a healthy lifestyle. UnBAR Café, located at 12635 Larchmere Blvd. in the Larchmere neighborhood, celebrated their grand opening on Monday, January 20th. The City of Cleveland assisted UnBAR Café with a loan through the Neighborhood Retail Assistance Program to help fund costs associated with construction & renovation, machinery & equipment, and furniture & fixtures. The new venture plans to create at least three new full-time jobs. We are excited to see another great business open in the Larchmere neighborhood!
