The company serves clients in industries that include real estate & construction, financial services, manufacturing & distribution, professional services, retail, health care and life sciences. Prior to their move to 600 Superior Avenue, they were considering expanding their operations to new office locations in Atlanta and Tampa as well.

Instead, the City of Cleveland provided financial incentives from the Job Creation Incentive Program to this Northeast Ohio company in order to encourage them to move Downtown from their previous offices in Mayfield Village. Skoda Minotti has cited the attraction of young talent as the primary reason for moving their headquarters from a suburban to an urban setting and have decided upon Downtown Cleveland to provide the desired mixed-use environment
