New Apartment Building to Open on Fulton Rd

Tinnerman Lofts was one of three development project that were approved to move forward by the city planning commission. It will be a mixed-use development featuring approximately 49 market rate apartment units, two one-bedroom workforce housing units (80-100% AMI range) and a 2-story parking garage. The building will feature solar panels and amenities including a fitness center, roof deck, reserved garage parking and bike storage. The total project investment is expected to exceed approximately $10 million. The project is hoping to receive a 30-year non-school TIF to assist with project related financing costs.
