GlenVillage now open for business

On Friday, January 31st, Mayor Frank G. Jackson, local entrepreneurs, residents, councilmembers and community partners celebrated the grand opening of GlenVillage, the mayor’s inaugural retail incubator program. GlenVillage is part of Mayor Jackson’s $65 million Neighborhood Transformation Initiative and helps seven local entrepreneurs launch businesses in a highly anticipated mixed-use development in Glenville. GlenVillage is filled with small businesses, including everything from a coffee shop, to multiple restaurants, local boutiques and even a barber shop.
