A New Lakefront Apartment Building Coming to Cleveland

Cleveland City Council approved tax increment financing package for a new apartment building at North Marginal Road and E. 55^th Street. The proposed 214-unit housing development project will be built as a “Phase II” to the existing Quay 55 building. In addition, Metroparks plans to develop their vacant land as a public park and add a bike trail along North Marginal Road to connect the existing and proposed developments to alternative bikeway transportation along the lakefront.
