A new 24-stories project coming to University Circle

The City is excited to be participating on another real estate deal where out of state capital is investing in Cleveland.  White Oak Realty Partners, LLC, a firm out of Chicago with ties to Cleveland and UC City Center LLC (formerly UC3), have partnered to bring a market rate residential tower to the Circle Square project.  The proposed 408,000 SF project will be located on the south east corner of Stokes Blvd and Chester Ave. The project will tower to 24 stories, eighteen of which will be market rate residential, complimenting One University Circle in terms of height, class and market value.  The project will have 298 units ranging from studios, one beds and two beds.  In Chicago, White Oak has been successful in constructing buildings with elongated floor plates on narrow sites, enabling them to maximize the number of units. The first floor will be dedicated to retail, with five levels of dedicated parking above for residents totaling 287 spaces. The parking deck will also be designed to connect to future phased garage planned for the new Library, alleviating pressure from the costs of structured parking.
