City of Cleveland Celebrates Pride Month

The City of Cleveland celebrated Pride throughout the month of June. Rainbow flags and signs were displayed and embraced throughout Cleveland’s diverse neighborhoods. Cultural events were held including the “Pride Ride” on June 5, 2021. As a sign Cleveland’s commitment and support, the Executive Small Business Development & LGBTQ Liaison to the City of Cleveland, Kevin Schmotzer received the full support from the Mayor’s office to have the Pride Flag flown on City Hall for the entire month of June!   Kevin is the City of Cleveland’s first LGBTQ Liaison since being appointed by Mayor Frank G. Jackson on July 27, 2018.
